Downstairs:

The kitchen is a modern chef’s paradise, boasting copious bench space and high-end appliances that make cooking for a crowd a breeze. Featuring dual convection ovens, a gas stovetop, coffee machine, and dishwasher, as well as a spacious island bench perfect for casual meals or prepping fresh food for the family. Easy-clean tiled flooring flows through kitchen and entire living and dining area.

The open plan design seamlessly connects the kitchen to the huge 12-seater dining table, the perfect setting for large family dinners. The main living area offers 2 couches and a smart TV, with a wood fire placed centrally between the couches and dining table for an abundance of warmth in the winter months. Glass sliding doors lead out onto the alfresco area and beyond to the sparking pool.

The front living zone offers a comfy place to relax and unwind with a good book, or quiet place to catch up with extended family.

The indoor play room is a kid’s haven and features a couch, smart TV and ample toys, books and games.  With the welcome addition of the pool & ping pong table (in the garage); the kids will be endlessly entertained during their stay.

Two stylish Guest bedrooms feature Queen beds, walk in robes, ceiling fans, desk spaces; and a shared ensuite with shower, dual vanity and w/c. One bedroom has direct access through sliding doors to the backyard.

An additional guest bedroom offers 2 single beds and direct access to the enclosed verandah and front yard.

Main bathroom offers dreamy free-standing bathtub and w/c.

Separate powder room with w/c and sink.

Large functional laundry includes washing machine, hanging dryer rail, ample bench space and sink as well as a bar fridge.

The north facing alfresco and pool area are sure to be a highlight of the stay; boasting a fabulous open fireplace, large gas BBQ, sink and servery window from the kitchen for effortless entertaining.  

The pool will be a beacon on a summer’s day, and the lush lawned area is the perfect spot for kids to frolic.

Upstairs:

The luxe upstairs adults retreat features a master bedroom with king bed, large walk in robe, ceiling fan and ensuite with rain shower, dual vanity and w/c. Offers direct access to the front balcony for a peaceful place to unwind whilst enjoying the bushland vistas.

Also offered is private lounge area with smart TV, ceiling fan and a mini kitchenette for those early risers who want to enjoy a coffee on the balcony without disturbing other Guests.

For those times when work can’t wait, there is a quiet office upstairs to make a few calls or send pressing emails. This area can also be turned into an additional single bed in the loft space above (please contact Luxury Breaks South West for more information on additional costs).

Studio

Fully self-sufficient chic studio offers a downstairs living zone with a lounge, smart TV and bar style table. Functional kitchenette features a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, electric oven and gas stove.

Also features a bedroom with double bed and single bunk.

Bathroom includes shower, vanity and w/c.

A second bedroom is located in the upstairs loft area with a queen bed and ceiling fan.

Additional Features:

Garage offers a ping pong table and several bikes that are available for Guest use for a quick ride to Dunsborough town centre along the sealed pathway.

Hot and cold outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim in the sparkling pool or a day at the beach.

Sunnysprings is in a superb location in Cape Rise Estate, just a 3 minute drive to Dunsborough Town Centre, or a leisurely 1.8km stroll or ride with the bikes provided at the property. A scenic 4 minute drive will have you exploring the Meelup Regional Park that offers endless beaches for swimming and snorkelling in turquoise blue waters, or casual walks along the infamous Cape to Cape track. Meelup Farmhouse is 5 minutes away and is the perfect special place for breakfast or lunch with loved ones.
