  • Check in is 3pm (subject to change if there is a back to back booking) and check out is 10am. Any variation to these times must be requested 48 hours prior and will be subject to the Booking Agent’s approval.

  • All beds are made with premium quality hire linen and we provide bath towels, hand towels, bathmats, and kitchen tea towels. Beach/pool towels are not provided. Your stay also includes free Wifi⁠, parking onsite⁠ and a starter pack of consumables such as coffee pods, hand wash, cleaning items, toilet paper and firewood (in the winter months).⁠

  • Our booking calendar opens 12 months in advance, so you have plenty of time to book for your upcoming visit to the South West!⁠

  • Yes, the cost of a standard departure clean is included within our rates. If additional cleaning is required, a fee may be charged.⁠

  • Yes, we have a number of properties that allow pets. To view our Pet Friendly properties click here.

  • No, Leavers Bookings will not be accepted in any Luxury Breaks South West property. This week is blocked out in advance for annual maintenance.

  • If you wish to cancel your Booking, please contact us as soon as possible on bookings@luxurybreaks-sw.com.au

    Bookings cancelled 60 + days of arrival date will receive 100% refund of any monies paid. Bookings cancelled within 30 to 59 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount of the booking. Bookings cancelled within 0 to 29 days of arrival date will receive no refund.
