The kitchen is the focal point of the living space, dressed in white with timber benchtops and stainless steel appliances for contrast. Includes a 5 burner gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher and coffee machine; with adjacent scullery. The lounge area offers spacious seating and a smart TV (and Apple TV) with the centrally positioned and raised wood burner fire a must on a chilly night; providing warmth and beautiful ambience. The living space merges seamlessly with the gorgeous alfresco area for effortless entertaining. Positioned on the western side to bathe in the warmth and glow of the afternoon and setting sun; enjoy the bush outlooks to the Reserve opposite.

The peaceful and spacious master suite offers beautiful vistas to the tree canopy on one side; and high windows on the other, maximising the views of the stars and moonlit sky. With large WIR, ceiling fan and and beautiful ensuite that offers walk in shower with dual shower heads, and separate w/c.

The two guest bedrooms include large wardrobe space and ceiling fans. One includes a wall mounted smart TV, making a perfect getaway space when some quiet time is required.

Main bathroom is dressed in neutral tones and black tap wear, and offers a walk-in shower and stand-alone bath tub. Separate w/c.

Functional laundry offers washing machine, dryer and large sink; as well as ironing facilities.
