This home is true to the photos, well maintained and has so many thoughtful touches that elevates it….The games area in the garage is full of activities , as well as board games in the indoor activity room. The pantry is so well stocked you immediately feel like home…The separation of the bedrooms made it a perfect place to stay, with 3 families and kids. Small things like doors closing off the areas to the bedrooms, to aircon in each bedroom and ceiling fans truly made us want to come back. The separate studio was absolutely perfect for the third family…We have already booked to return for the end of the year! A perfect family getaway! We stayed at Eagle Rise with friends in early December 2024, and it was absolutely fantastic. This property is ideal for two families with kids, offering plenty of room and a well-thought-out layout where everyone can have their own space when needed….What really stood out was how incredibly well-stocked the house is. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay is right there, which makes settling in so easy. The kids were absolutely spoiled for entertainment – they had endless fun in the pool, running around on the lawn, playing in the games room, and shooting hoops at the basketball hoop. There's plenty of space for them to play safely while the adults relax….We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend time with friends and family. “Wow wow wow!!! I recently stayed at Eagle Rise with two other couples as one of us was celebrating a special birthday. The photos don’t do this place justice. We felt like we were in a five-star hotel with beautiful, relaxing decor and everything you need to settle straight in. The separate levels of accommodation suited us very well. They have an amazing games room which we had lots of fun in. But best of all for me, was the location away from the rest of Eagle Bay. “I had family members from the Netherlands over and took them to Eagle Bay for a relaxing 'Down South’ experience. The house is wonderful with several private areas to allow families to be together but enjoy privacy at the same time. You can go for a swim, play air-Hockey, Pool/snooker, table tennis, darts or just sit and enjoy the beautiful bush setting with a glass or two and watch the kangaroos that arrive at dusk. The location is great for wineries, shopping in Dunsborough or spending time at the beach. The house has all the appliances and conveniences to make your stay comfortable. “We had the opportunity to stay at Eagle Rise in December 2023 and can honestly say it is perhaps the nicest holiday rental I’ve ever stayed in. Quintessential of the Dunsborough/Margaret River region, it is sophisticated but relaxed with a great connection between the house and its vast bush block with the tranquil naturescape visible from every room. Without another house in sight, you feel a million miles from anywhere, though the incredible Eagle Bay Beach is only a few minutes drive away. If you’d rather stay in, the pool is its own little haven, absolutely loved by our kids. And if the weather isn’t up for swimming, the games room will have both kids and adults entertained for days. The owners really have thought of everything. Eagle Bay is the premier destination in the South West, and this is one of the best rental houses available in Eagle Bay.”
